This is more of a suggestion than a recipe. I think you'll probably have the same response I did: Why don't I do this more often? Popsicles are easy to make, and the varieties are endless. Use whatever fruit you have on hand, blended with a little juice and/or yogurt. And you don't even need popsicle molds - leftover single-size yogurt containers work just as well.
