So, I missed the West Coast Brew Fest on Saturday, but I decided to have a small beer tasting of my own.
After LOTS of deliberation, I splurged on the Mikkeller 1000 IBU ale. I went to the Co-Op three times to stare at this beer on the shelf before buying it, in addition to asking everyone I talked to if it was worth buying.

So while I’d like to avoid posts centered on me, this has been a busy busy week in me, but not so busy a week in beer for Davis. This week I took a friend to the hospital, took a Midterm on Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, wrote an essay about the Miller’s tale, skipped coffee roasting in order to do this, but did a coffee cupping in order to help come up with…
