This is the story of Matthew Botting. He began running with Fleet Feet Training Groups a few years ago, finished his first 10K, then his first half-marathon, and then vowed never to run again. Two years later Matthew has finished multiple half-marathons, improved his PR by almost 30 minutes, is referred to as "speedy" by his fellow training group members,  and is an inspiration to runners at every level.
