Want to learn how to dazzle guests at the next potluck? Check out this interactive cooking class at the Davis Food Coop on Wednesday, May 19th @ 6pm. Nutrition student and amateur chef Rebecca Tryon will give you some fun, creative recipes that are easy to prepare, cost effective, and will wow your guests. Everything from low fat guacamole to vegan sushi rolls to chicken enchilada casserole.
